Description
Wooden rabbet plane comprised of three parts, a rectangular wooden body (a), a wooden wedge piece (b), and a iron (c). The wedge and the iron fit together inside of the hollowed out portion in the middle of the body piece, and extend out of the top while the iron is exposed out of the bottom. There is a curved/circular cutout above the iron's edge that helps to move the shavings out of the way while in use. Stamped on the heel edge is the number "2". Stamped on the iron stem is "SHEFFIELD STEEL".
