Description
Pair of wooden bog shoes for a horse. Each horseshoe is comprised of a piece of flat wood that was strapped to the horse's hooves by adjustable heel irons. There would also been toe straps that would secure the front of the hooves. There is a nut and bolt (c -d) that are used to adjust the heel irons. These pieces are missing from the one of the bog shoes (b).
