Plate, Printing; The plate is made out of metal that is adhered to a wooden block and stained around the edges from use. The plate features an image of 19 figures- 11 of which are seated behind three wooden tables (10 of the figures are men, 1 is a woman) and eight standing male figures. The image depicts a c.1964 image of Mayor William Thomas Mills and Kingston City Council sitting in front of the stage of Memorial Hall. The plate features an inversion of the image. There is a paper copy of the image adhered to the back of the block with three pieces of paper attached- the paper fragments contain some text that are the names of the council members- the paper is ripped so not all of the names are discernable.
