Certificate, Attendance

A brown coloured paper attendance certificate for the Mayor's Levée that was held in Grant Hall, at Queen's University on January 1st, 1973. Along the right side of the certificate is a hazy image of the front of Kingston City Hall. "Mayor's Levée" is in French and English at the top near the left side, with the name of who the certificate was awarded too and information about the event itself underneath. This information is also in French beside it to the right. The certificate is signed by Walter W. Viner, the Chairman of the Kingston Tercentenary Committee and George N. Speal, the Mayor of the City of Kingston at the time.
