Description

A brass rectangular shaped plaque that is engraved with "PRESENTED TO // MAYOR R. A. FRAY // JANUARY 6TH 1969 // CITY OF KINGSTON // KINGSTON TOWNSHIP" with an image of two hands shaking in the centre. There are four holes in the plaque, one in each corner that are used to mount the plaque.
