The document is signed at the bottom by the President of the Kingston Jaycees and City of Kingston Mayor Robert A. Fray. b - The rectangular shaped, white, paper envelope that the bill of sale is stored in. The envelope is addressed to "Mr. Robert C. Fray" and has "Kingston // Jaycees // Project "67" ' in the top left corner with "Centennial Souvenir // PLEASE // DO NOT // BEND" in the bottom left. There is a postage stamp in the top right corner with a date stamp that reads "KINGSTON // 330 PM // [4 V] // 1965 // ONTARIO".
