Description
A typed letter that is dated "February 21, 1966" and is addressed to Mayor R. A. Fray. The letter was written and signed by Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson and says "I am happy to be the proud possessor of three shares of C. P. R. engine No. 1095 and to have the privilege of riding it as Engineer No. 8253. I am grateful to you and to the Kingston Jaycees for giving me an opportunity of participating in your Canadian Centennial project."
