It has blue letters on the bottom of the page, read "Kingston City Hall Historic Past Promising Future." This page includes photos and introductions of the Council Chambers, the illumination of the dome, and the La Salle Room. b- The second page of the newspaper, featuring the Memorial Hall, the Cataraqui Room, the Loyalist Room, the Collins Room, the electronic carillon, and including a letter to the citizens from Mayor George N. Speal. c- The third page of the newspaper with photo illustrations of the John Counter Room, Sir John A. MacDonald Room etc. d- The fourth page of the newspaper with photos of the Elizabeth II Room, the St. Lawrence Room, the Victoria Room etc., and the time of when they were furnished. e- The inner page of the newspaper with photos and information of the City Hall Library, the Sir Charles Metcalfe Room, the Frontenac Room, the Bell Tower and Bell, and the Niche Arcade.
