Flag

This is a small civil flag for the City of Kingston. It is mostly white, with three blue stripes arranged in a y pattern over the entire flag. The bottom arm comes from the middle of the bottom edge. The upper two go from the centre to the upper corners. At the centre meeting point of the sticks there is an image of a martello tower with a red background. Around the tower is a circular black and yellow boarder, with four black and yellow maple leafs, one at the cardinal points. There are two metal grommets at the side, one at the top and one at the bottom. There is a white fabric strip tied to each of the grommets.
