This is a framed black and white aerial photograph of the CIL Plant. The frame is black with a silver metal detail. There is a wire attached to the back to hang the picture from. "CCRL 98" is written in pencil on the upper left corner of the back. The photograph depicts a large industrial building and its parking lots, as well as the train tracks that lead to it.
