A metal crest for the HMS Juno mounted on a shield shaped wooden plaque. The badge is in a shield shape identifying the ship as a destroyer class. The outside edge of the badge is gold painted to resemble a rope. On the top pf the badge, there is a red and gold coloured crown with the sterns of 3 ships on it and 2 white sails between the ships. Below the crown is the name "Juno" in gold lettering on a black background. The centre of the crest has a blue background with 2 white, horizontal wavy lines at top and bottom. In between the wavy lines is a white coloured profile of a Greco-Roman style woman with a black band in her hair. The back of the plaque has a plain wooden surface with a small circular hole on the upper centre.
