a- A wood and metal plaque that is attached to a metal stand. The wood is reddish in colour and lacquered. The gold coloured metal plate at the top of the plaque reads "Mychoice.ca Golden bib award to:". On the centre of the plaque is a silver coloured plate with the words " 'Best Nanny Municipal' City of Kingston, Ontario". The metal stand is silver in colour. It has 4 black gripping pads at the bottom and engraved words "MADE IN CHINA". b- A square shaped cream coloured paper label that was detached from the base of the plaque. The label has the words "IMPORTED BY// IMPORTE PAR// SPLASH INT'L MKTG, INC. TORONTO, ONTARIO L4B 1A4// (905) 886-3566" and a bar code. The words at the bottom of the label are "MADE IN CHINA".
Mychoice.ca is Canada's largest smokers rights group and began giving the awards in 2006 in response to a perceived "nanny state" after measures were introduced to prevent smoking in public areas. Kingston was the first reciepient in the municipal government class because it banned smoking on indoor and outdoor patios.
