This is a carbon copy of a letter to a Mr. Baines from Mr. Horsey. It is dated January 10th, 1950. It is one page, typed, and double-sided. It is titled "Re: Rev. Dr. Richey". The front of the letter talks about the role of A Rev. Dr. Matthew Richey in regards to his relationship to a Rev. Dr. Egerton Ryerson, as well as his roles as principal of the Upper Canada Academy (AKA Victoria College), and City Pastor of Toronto, and Chairman of the District of Montreal. The reverse side quotes Rev. John Carroll's comparison of Dr. Richey and Dr. Ryerson. It also provides the citations for the information. It is signed Edwin. E. Horsey.
