b- This page suggests Sampson, Creighton, Bonnycastle, and Campbell.
c- This page suggests Calvin, Herchmer, and Forsythe. It is also dated and signed at the bottom, "Kingston, / June 24th, 1952. / Edwin E. Horsey". It also has a small pen addition.
