This is a carbon copy of a letter to Major Kembar. It is dated September 21st, 1952. It is titled "Re: Col. T.B. Strange, R.E." It is a double sided typed letter on one piece of paper. The front page talks about the role of a Colonel T. B. Strange in the North-West Rebellion. It speaks to the poor supplies given to the troops but the "sense of duty" that they had. The reverse side cites the information and has a post script with a message to give a Dr. Hopkins regarding the history of the Mowat Sanatorium.
