This is a red soft cover book that details the arrangements of the Royal Tour in 1973. On the front cover, under a coat of arms is black text that reads “Her Majesty The Queen / and / His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh / Royal Tour / of / Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Regina, / Saskatchewan and Calgary, Alberta/ June 25 to July 6, 1973 / ARRANGEMENTS”. At the top of the cover, in pen is a note that reads “Walk Copy A L (illegible)”. The spine and back cover are plain red. The book contains detailed arrangements for the Royal Tour. This includes the staff at each location, the members of the tour, the type of transportation, the timing of each stop, etc. There are pen notes on the pages of the Kingston stop (pages 65-76).
