Description

A circular shaped decorative china plate that is imprinted with a coloured image of the Kingston City Hall. The image features the front facade of the City Hall behind trees - a Neoclassical styled building with a pointed pediment, Doric columns and a clock tower. The rim edge of the plate has gold coloured band. The back of the plate is white in colour, and it has a description in black lettering on the base. The description reads "KINGSTON CITY HALL/ KINGSTON, ONTARIO// Built in 1843, while Kingston was the capital of Upper Canada.
