Plaque

This is a varnished wood and metal plaque. It has a metal plate with a printed centre piece. The piece has a gold textured border, and a background that creates the effect of draped fabric. There is gold text on the background that reads, "MILLENNIUM REGISTRY // OF THE // CITY OF KINGSTON // SPONSORED BY // THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF GREATER KINGSTON // AND // THE CITY OF KINGSTON // JANUARY 2001". On the reverse side are several gouges for hanging.
