A yellow fire helmet with rectangular reflectors along the side. The name "MacLean" is on the back of the helmet. There is a d-ring on the back of the helmet, and two pieces to attach a visor to on the sides. On the underside of the helmet, there is a black label with the name "MACLEAN" stamped into it. On the plastic of the helmet are the words "MADE IN CANADA / SAFECO / CHIEFTAIN CITATION / SAFECO MANUFACTURING LIMITED". There is a yellow cap attached to the helmet with strap that Velcros closed. There is also a black chin strap with a metal closure. There is a grey plastic head strap, and on the forehead rest it says "SAFECO / MADE IN CANADA". The head strap connects to four fabric straps, that are sewn into an x-shape to hold the head in place in the helmet.
