A coloured photograph of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario's New Year's Levee that is housed in a wooden frame, with layered blue and red matting and a glass cover. The photograph was taken on January 3, 1999, in Kingston. It features seven people standing in a semicircle in front of three flags. There is a door behind the flags, and there are red flowers on the left and right sides in the photo. On the bottom of the blue mat, there is a brass coloured plaque that lists the names of the people who were featured in the photo. From left to right, they are: Assunte Gerretsen; John Gerretsen, MPP; W. Galen Weston; Hilary M. Weston, Lt Gov.; Gary H. Bennett, Mayor; Cheryl Anne Bennett; Peter Milliken, MP.
