Description

a- This is a black hardcover book. On the front cover there is a silver leaf in the upper right corner. On the spine there is silver stylized text that reads " James Siers / the New Zealanders / MILLWOOD". Above the "MILLWOOD" is a silver logo. The book is about the history and culture of New Zealand featuring photos of the people who live there. A note in the cover records that this book was given to the Mayor of Kingston from the New Zealand High Commissioner 18 December 1980. b- This is a black dust cover featuring a photo of a man holding two lambs on the front panel. Above the photo in white and green stylized text is the title "the New Zealanders". Under the photo is two names "James Siers Jim Henderson" in white text. Their names are separated by a grey leaf design. On the spine there is stylized text that reads " James Siers / the New Zealanders / MILLWOOD". Above the "MILLWOOD" is a logo. On the back panel is a series of 8 photos, the silver leaf design, and the title. The front flap has a photo of the author, part of an author biography, and a caption for the cover photo. The back flap finishes the author biography. The bottom of the back flap reads "PRINTED IN HONG KONG".
