a- This is a soft cover book. It has a silver cover. On the top of the front cover it says "HOCKEY'S / Captains, / Colonials & Kings" in black text. Underneath the title there is a square that contains 8 photos of various men. Below that is the author's name "J. W. Fitsell" in black text. The spine says " HOCKEY'S CAPTAINS, COLONELS & KINGS FITSELL / THE BOSTON MILLS PRESS" in black text. The back cover has a photo of the author, as well as an about the author section. Underneath that "THE BOSTON MILLS PRESS" is in black text. The book is about prominent hockey players during the origins of the game. b- This is a page from the book. It is the title page. It has the text "HOCKEY'S Captains, Colonels & Kings" in black text at the top of the page. Under that is a note written in blue pen that says "Presented to the City of Kingston. Dec 16, 1989 Bill Fitsell". Under that is a photo of a hockey stick used in the third Queen's-RMC game of 1888. It has a caption. On the back of the page is a photo of 15 men on a rink. The caption explains it to be the Queen's hockey team posing with the Pittsburgh team in 1905.
