A white coloured circular shaped commemorative china plate that has vine motif in gold around the brim and gold band on the rim. The plate has a shell edged blue medallion on the centre with the coat of arms of the City of Cornwall. The coat of arms consists of a crown on the top, a shield in the middle and a yellow ribbon on the bottom. The words on the ribbon are "PRO PATRIA". Above the coat of arms is "CITY OF CORNWALL" in white lettering with "VILLE DE CORNWALL" below the coat of arms. The bottom of the plate is white and it has a manufacturers' mark on the top of the base. It is a golden maple leaf with a ribbon on the middle that reads "DECORATED IN CANADA". Below the maple leaf is "22 K GOLD// CAN.ART CHINA// COLLINGWOOD.ONT".
