A white coloured circular shaped commemorative china plate that celebrates the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Worthington Park in Kingston, Ontario. There is a gold band around the rim. The centre of the plate has a brown image of a building with a sign that reads "Worthington Park" in brown lettering. Above the image are the brown coloured words "20th Anniversary 1971-1991" and the words "Kingston, Ontario's Prestigeous Mobile Home Community" are below the image. The back of the plate is white in colour and has no marks.
