Plate, Decorative

A black coloured circular shaped melamine plastic plate or small tray. The plate is decorated with etched green and silver leaves with some hand painted red dots on the silver leaves. On the lower left side of the front of the plate, there is Chinese lettering in green and a hand-painted stamp that reads "red" in Chinese. The back of the plate is black and plain.
