A small white coloured shield shaped banner that has a red medallion of a white stylized castle on the centre. Above the medallion are red words that read "HAMPSHIRE COUNTY", and the words in red lettering below the medallion are "YOUTH BAND". On the bottom of the banner is the red word "ENGLAND" and a Union Jack flag. The material at the top of the banner is hemmed and folded onto the back side with a white plastic rod inserted through it. There is a thin dark blue rope tied to the tapered ends of the rod, and it forms a loop at the top for hanging. There are tassels at both ends of the rope. A white looped fringe is sewn onto the bottom of the banner. The back side of the banner is plain and white in colour.
