A coloured lithographic print depicting four men dressed in military regalia seated on horses. The subjects are situated in the foreground and flanked by two stone columns. Plaques on the right side column contain "IN // 66", whereas the plaque on the left side states "CANADIAN JOINT STAFF". In the background is brick and stone building with a decorative arched entrance just behind the subjects. The arch is decorated with red, white and blue bunting and a union jack shield placed above in the centre. The print is housed in a metal frame and grey mat with glass cover. There is a brass plaque underneath the print that reads "PRESENTED TO // THE CITY OF KINGSTON // BY ALL RANKS 2RCHA // FEBRUARY 1987". The artists signature "JOAN WANKLYN" is in printed in the lithograph in the bottom left corner and then signed in pencil just below the print with "5/500" beside it.
