Description
A paper certificate of the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery (RCHA). The texts is signed by the Brigadier General W.W Turner, who was the Colonel Commandant of the RCHA. The Second Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery pays tribute to the Mayor, the City Council and the citizens of Kingston. This certificate commemorates the close and friendly relationship between RCHA and the City. It is dated to 16 July, 1983. There is the coat of arms of the RCHA on the top of the certificate.
