Banner

A small shield shaped banner made of paper. The banner has a black background with gold coloured band around the edges. It has a central medallion in gold colour, consisting of a circular outer ring of scroll work, an image of a monastery on the centre and the word "Gelati" at the bottom. On the top of the banner is a thin piece of metal that is folded over to the back. There is a short piece of white braided string held under the metal piece. The string forms a loop for hanging at the top.
