Badge, Insignia

A round lapel or sleeve badge of the Corporation of the Town of Hanover. The badge has a dark blue felt background with a gold, green and red coloured logo on the centre. Inside the logo is an image of a hand holding a torch. On the outside ring of the logo, the words read "INDUSTRY// PROGRESS// RECREATION" in green lettering. The yellow words above the logo are "CORPORATION OF". The bottom of the badge is shaped to fit the wording. The words inside the frames read THE TOWN", "OF HANOVER" and "CANADA". The back side of the badge has a number of white stitches on it.
