Plate, Commemorative

A circular shaped solid cast bronze plate that has a stylized carving of tall buildings, a river and industry on the centre. The wide brim of the plate is decorated by rippled lines on one half and 7 circular discs with buildings inside on the other half. On the back of the plate, there are 2 impressed circles with a small circle in between them. There is a metal loop near the top edge of the base, and the words on the bottom edge read "U5a-00x".
