Description
A brass miniature bell that is hung onto a wooden stand. There is a rectangular shaped metal plaque on the front top of the stand that reads "MAYOR HELEN COOPER // BELL-NORTHERN-PIONEER CARILLON // KINGSTON CITY HALL - APRIL 29TH 1990". Stamped onto the oppsite side of the plaque on the wooden stand is "SCHULMERICH CARILLONS, INC. // SELLERSVILLE, PA. 18960".
History
This miniature bell was presented to Mayor Cooper in 1990 by Bell-Northern Pioneer to mark the refurbishment of the City Hall carillon.
