This is a varnished wood and metal plaque. It has a metal plate on the front with engraved text. The text states that it is given from the Centennial Committee of the 1967 Ontarian government. There are copies of signatures of the Minister of Tourism and the Prime Minister of Ontario, on the lower edge. There is a hole on each side to screw the plaque to a wall. There is a hole in the back for hanging. There is also an adhesive label on the reverse with information on the manufacturer.
