Plaque

This is a varnished wood plaque. It has a decorated stone on the upper half of the plaque, and a metal plate on the lower half. The stone has a blue, white and gold sticker on it. The sticker has the crest for the International Citivan Club. Under the logo is a banner that reads "BUILDERS OF GOOD // CITIZENSHIP" in dark blue text. Under the stone is a blue metal plate. It has a silver border and silver engraved text that reads "PRESENTED TO // KINGSTON CITY COUNCIL // IN RECOGNITION OF // THEIR SUPPORT // 1980". The reverse side has two holes for hanging. There is also a hole that has a bolt that is holding the rock in place.
