Plaque

A shield shaped wooden plaque with a metal badge mounted on it. The badge is circular shaped with a red dragon coming out of water on a yellow background in its centre. The edge of the badge is painted gold in shape of a robe. There are 1 red and 2 green maple leaves at the central bottom of the badge. At the top of the badge is a gold crown in the shape of a stern that has 3 ships with 2 white sails in between them. Below the crown is the name "OKANAGAN"in yellowing lettering against a red background.
