A small banner rectangular in shape with rose coloured cloth background on the front side. The banner has a red trim and a red-and-white wool rope stitched around the edges. The rope forms a loop for hanging at the top. There are tassels at both ends of the rope. On the upper centre of the banner is a circular symbol of Russia that features a hammer and a sickle on the top of a world globe. Below the globe is a yellow coloured rising sun. The globe is surrounded by shafts of wheat and lines. On the lower centre of the banner, the words in gold colour read "OT COBETCKNX CNOPTCMEHOB". There is a stylized gold fringe at the bottom of the banner. The back side of the banner is made of a plain red cloth with dark red stripes on the edges. There is a piece of cardboard between the 2 pieces of cloth for stiffening.
