Letter

A letter on a cream coloured piece of paper with light green borders. The letter is from Mayor R.E.Charlton to the residents of the town of Medina, Isle of Wight in England. Mayor Charlton writes this letter for the Town Crier's participation in the World's Town Crier's Championships. The letter has residue from a previous adhesive red seal on the bottom left. On the bottom right of the letter, there is a blue ink signature from Mayor R.E.Charlton and a faded signature from D.Carmichael, the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary. b- A circular shaped red seal from the town of Medina. It is unglued to the paper.
