a- A typed, single-sided letter on a cream coloured piece of paper. It is from the Brigham Young University to the Mayor of Kingston, Ontario, dated June 28, 1982. On the top left corner, there is a blue logo of the university and the blue words are "Brigham Young University// Jeffrey R.Holland// President". The letter sends greeting to the City on the occasion of the International Folk Dancers gathering. It is signed by President Jeffrey R. Holland on the bottom right with a gold coloured seal of the university on the bottom left corner. b- A white coloured hard cover presentation book of the letter. The front cover has a debossed stamp of the university and the words "Brigham Young University" in gold lettering. The spine and the back cover are plain white. There is an illustration of the university in Utah on the inside of the front cover. The inside of the back cover has triangular shaped purple fabrics on the 4 corners to hold the letter in place.
