This is a framed map of Lake Ontario. It is titled Lake Ontario Coastal Chart No. 4. The map shows the coastline of Orleans and Monroe counties in New York State. It includes the edge of the land and water depths. There are several charts and instructional paragraphs on the lower part of the map. It is in a wood frame, with white matting and a glass face. A label on the back of the frame has information on the donors. There is a small plaque on the front of the frame that has the donor's names.
