A cream coloured certificate that celebrates 300 years of Germans in America from 1683 to 1983. There are shields of Aachener on the top right and left corners of the certificate. The blue printed words on the central top is "Aachener Soldatenchor", and the black printed words read "Chor der// Schule Technische Truppe 1// un// Fachschule des Heeres fur Technik". On the centre is a coloured oval shaped logo for the tercentennial, featuring of a sail boat on blue waves in the centre that is surrounded by the German, Canadian and American flags on the outer ring. Below the logo are the blue words "Three Hundred Years of Germans in America 1683-1983" and the black words "Aachen, September 1983". There are inscriptions on both sides of the central logo that read "Thank you very much indeed. We promise furthermore to do all we can by our presentation as soldiers of the German Bundeswehr to build bridges for a mutual understanding between the nations, in order to sustain the peace and for a growing confidence" in both English and German. This certificate is signed by Ing. Kraus Oberst Kommandeur and Seinsche Hauptmann Choreinsatzleiter at the bottom.
