Program

A large piece of cream coloured paper entitled "PROGRAM// Raising of the New Canadian Flag Ceremony". The paper outlines the programme that will be followed to celebrate the raising of Canada's new flag, which is the red and white maple leaf flag. It features the schedule of the ceremony, a Proclamation written by the Prime Minister of Canada, and the song of "God Save the Queen". The event took place on February 15, 1965 on the steps of the Kingston City Hall.
