Description

This book is the French version of the "Canadian Pacific" written by J. Lorne McDougall. It has a soft cover with three colors from top to bottom, followed by beige, maroon, and black. The title on the upper part of the front cover reads "le <<canadien>> pacifique". The back cover has the same colour as the front, and there is a title reads "breve histoire" and a text of the book introduction. The spine of the book is flat, has three colors, and texts read "le <<canadien>> pacifique" and "j.lorne.mcdougall". On the cover page of the book is a hand-written inscription in pencil, signed by the author John McDougall for presenting the book to the City of Kingston. This book was published by McGill University Press in April 19, 1968. It has 204 pages, telling the story of the Canadian Pacific in relation to the Canadian history and the evolution of transportation.
