Description

This book has a soft cover with three colors from top to bottom, followed by cream, black, and maroon. The title on the upper part of the front cover reads "Canadian Pacific". The back cover has the same colour as the front, and there is a title reads "A Brief History" and a text of the book introduction. The spine of the book is flat, has three colors, and texts read "mcdougall", "canadian pacific" and "mcgill". On the cover page of the book is a hand-written inscription in pencil, signed by the author John McDougall for presenting the book to the City of Kingston. This book was published by McGill University Press in 1968. It has 200 pages, telling the story of the Canadian Pacific in relation to the Canadian history and the evolution of transportation.
