Award

An award on a card stock with a blue background. At the top, the title in gold lettering reads "Ontario Renews Awards". The black inscription below the title reads "Presented September 16th, 1982, by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the Honourable Claude E.Bennett, Minister, to Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston for ACHIEVEMENT in the category of Government Implementation for City of Kingston, Loan Program for Second Story Conversions". There is a hand-written signature of Claude F.Bennett below the inscription. At the bottom of the award are the black number "1982" and a black Ontario logo. There is a gold coloured stripe at the top and one at the bottom of the certificate.
