Neckerchief

a- This is a khaki coloured neckerchief folded in layers so it can be worn flat under a collar. The narrow ends that lay on the chest have a metal ring around them to hold them together. The wider end (would lay flat between the wearer's shoulder blades) has a badge on it with a gold fleur de lis over top the words, "STAFF // B.S.C." in green and gold stitching. There is a red border stitched onto the badge. b- This is a metal ring that holds the two ends of the neckerchief together. It is cylindrical.
