Description

A trapzoid shaped, single-sided pennant with a blue background and a grey coloured left edge. On the centre of the pennant is a white image of a sailing ship with the words "Harborfest Norfolk" on the bottom of the ship in blue lettering. There is a small circular logo with "SM" inside on the right side of the ship. There are 2 brass coloured grommets on each end of the left edge of the pennant.
