Ribbon, Commemorative

a- This is a purple ribbon with gold lettering printed on it. The lettering reads, "Kingston // Ontario // Kingston, // New York // 30th // Anniversary // International // Inter-Club // May 5, // 1984". There is a logo of a K in an oval with a grid on it. b- A metal circular pin is at the top of the ribbon. It has an illustration of a man in historic dress with a sickle standing beside a haystack. Around the outside edge is text that reads, "SEAL OF ULSTER COUNTY // STATE OF NEW YORK". c- This is the butterfly backing for the pin.
