A small cream coloured linen banner that has 3 stacked coloured flags of Australia, Canada and the United States of American on the upper centre. Below the flags are the words in navy blue that read "Rotary Foundation// Uni-Vocational Group Study Exchanges// April-May 1983// District 946 Western Australia to District 704 Canada-U.S.A." At the bottom of the banner, there are various symbols in navy and red colour, including a 3-leaf clover, a wheel, and a red map. The material on the top edge is folded and hemmed onto the back side with a wooden rod inserted through the opening. There is a white wool rope attached to the rod with tassels on each end. The rope forms a loop on the top of the banner for hanging.
