Description
This is a small white banner for the Hamilton District Council. It consists of a white banner with gold string accents, and a plastic rod. The banner has a title that says "HAMILTON DISTRICT // COUNCIL". Under the title is an applied shield and band below it that reads, "Virtue and Vigilance". The banner is hemmed at top with white plastic rod through with tapered ends and a gold rope with tassels. There is a gold loop fringe at bottom of the banner.
