A small, white, single-sided rectangular vinyl banner with a curved bottom. The banner has a logo in blue on the upper centre, consisting of the image of a globe and a central medallion that reads "KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL". Below the logo are the words "EASTERN CANADA & THE CARIBBEAN DISTRICT" in blue lettering. On the lower part of the banner, there are 14 colourful images of the flags of the Caribbean District. The blue words under the images read "GODFREY DYER GOVERNOR 1995-96". At the top of the banner, the vinyl is folded over a wooden rod with pointed ends and glued to the back side. There is a gold coloured string tied to both ends of the rod, and it forms a loop for hanging on the top. A straight gold coloured fringe is sewn onto the bottom of the banner.
